The state managed to test at least 499,143, as of Wednesday. On another note, the increase and official figure for recoveries in the country have yet to be released. It should go public soon by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention. China claims 95% of 83,300 cases have recovered. Germany reported the highest recovery outside of China, with at least 72,600, while Spain was second (at least 70,850), followed by Iran (49,933), as of Tuesday.
Safety measures
For now, CDC recommends everyone to wear masks in public; as social distancing actions are difficult to maintain. In this case, doing this could help slow the spread of the virus; from both infected and by those who do not exhibit symptoms. Lastly, they urge all citizens to practice safe removal of face coverings. You can do it by not touching eyes, nose, and mouth, and wash hands immediately after removing the cover.
