Japan to ban entry from the U.S as early as next week!

With a surprisingly high number of positive coronavirus cases from Amerian; Japan is now planning to refuse entry to all foreigners that travel with a U.S passport. Moreover, this order will be applied to people who have a history of visiting the U.S during the past two weeks. On the other hand, there is still an ongoing discussion on whether this measure would apply for all states in America; or just some parts of the country.

Except for urgent cases, Japan has denied entry all foreign in the U.S for the past two weeks. This measure would perform following the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Law. The Foreign Ministry would boost its infection warning in the U.S to level 3 from the second period on the four-stage scale. Moreover, it is recommended for Japanese citizen to cancel plans to travel to the United States.

Furthermore, the Government had already begun to limit entry for people anywhere in the United States from March 26. After that, the restraining order even implements to Japanese coming back from the United States. Regarding the regulations laid down by the head of the local quarantine office, all new visitors are obligated to self isolate at home, their hotel, or other accommodation for two weeks. Any U.S passenger won’t be allowed to use public transportation
